Blurry image on the camera

🎯 Symptom

The image appears blurry or lacks sharpness.

This can happen when a ball or object touches the lens and causes the camera to lose focus.

🔄 Recommended solution

🎥 Restart the camera

1. Unplug the PoE cable from the camera
2. Wait about 5 seconds
3. Plug the PoE cable back in
4. Wait for the camera to fully restart

The focus usually resets automatically after restarting.
