🎯 Problem
When the camera is off, it is often related to an internet connection or system power supply issue.
🔍 Check the network connection
In most cases, the problem comes from the network:
- Check your overall internet connection
- Unplug then plug back in the Ethernet (RJ45) cable
- If the problem persists, plug the cable into another available port on the switch or the Box Recorder
🛠️ Verification steps depending on the installation
📺 Installation with Box Player
- Check that the screen and the Box Player are properly powered
- Open the left rear hatch of the Box Player (Torx key)
- Press the metal “Power” button
- Check that the blue light turns on → the Box Player is powered on
💻 Installation with mini PC
- Check that the screen is on by pressing the Power button
- Check that the mini PC is on:
- Press the Power button on the front panel
- A light indicator should appear
