Properly Restarting the SPASH System

🎯 Objective

Perform a complete restart of the SPASH system in order to resolve certain malfunctions and restore the proper functioning of the equipment.

📍 Restart Procedure

1. Turn off the equipment

Turn off the equipment in the following order:

• BOX Player
• BOX Switch (if present)
• BOX Recorder

2. Wait

• Wait between 10 and 20 seconds before turning the equipment back on
• This wait allows the network connections and components to reset properly

3. Restart in the correct order

Turn the equipment back on in the following order:

1. BOX Recorder
2. BOX Switch
3. BOX Player

✅ Checks after restart

Once the system is restarted, check that:

• The LEDs on the equipment are lit
• The SPASH WiFi network is visible
• The screens are working correctly
• A session can be started normally
