A black or off screen is generally related to a network connection or power issue.
🔍 Verification Steps
📺 Installation with Box Player
- Check that the screen and the Box Player are properly powered
- Open the left rear hatch of the Box Player
- Press the metal “Power” button
- Check that the blue light turns on → the Box Player is powered on
💻 Installation with mini PC
- Check that the screen is on by pressing the Power button
- Check that the mini PC is turned on:
- Press the Power button on the front panel
- A light indicator should appear
🌐 Check the network connection
- Unplug then replug the Ethernet cable (RJ45)
- If the problem persists, plug the cable into another available port
🚨 If the problem persists
👉 If the screen remains black or white after these checks:
- Please contact SPASH support for technical assistance
👁️ Expected Result
After verification:
- The screen lights up correctly
- The SPASH interface is displayed
- The system is operational
