Red screen: diagnosis and resolution

🎯 Problem

Following a network loss or a power outage, it may happen that the screen fails to refresh the page (red or frozen screen or incorrect display).

🔄 Solution

📺 Box Player

1. Press and hold the push button located at the back for 2 seconds
2. The screen turns off
3. Wait for about 30 seconds
4. The screen restarts automatically

💻 Mini PC / screen only

• Unplug and then plug back in the power cable
• Wait for the system to fully restart

🚨 If the problem persists

👉 If after these steps the display remains red or does not return to normal:

• Please contact SPASH support
