🎯 Issue
The replay of a point or a match does not appear in the SPASH admin area.
🔍 Checks to perform
🎥 1. Check the status of the video in the admin area
Go to the admin area to check the replay in question:
- Check that the camera icon is green
- Check that the video has an exported status
🌐 2. Check the network
Confirm that the system is communicating properly:
- Check that all equipment is connected to the Box Recorder
- Ensure that the system is online
▶️ 3. Check the session
The replay is only available the day after (D+1):
- Check that the session date is in the past
- Ensure it lasts more than 10 minutes
- Ensure it is not in incognito mode
🚨 If the problem persists
If the replays remain unavailable:
- Contact SPASH support informing us which sessions are affected
👁️ Expected result
After checking:
- The cameras are transmitting the video correctly
- The session is active
- The replays appear in the SPASH admin area and therefore in the Spash application
💡 Tips
- Regularly check the connection of the cameras to avoid interruptions.
- Perform a quick test before the first sessions of the day.
