How to start a session for Sportco centres?

This article explains how to start a Spash session from the Playapp and how to configure the coding buttons according to the type of session.

✅ Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure to:

• Be a Sportco centre
• Have coach or manager access in the admin area

▶️ Start a Spash session

Access

Menu: Video > Playapp

Available session types

1. Training

This mode allows you to:

• Start a video recording
• Access a palette of coding buttons (configured beforehand)
• Create timestamps by pressing the buttons during the recording

💡 It is possible to add new buttons even while the session is ongoing.

2. Match

This mode works identically to the Training mode:

• Video recording
• Coding via buttons

✅ The difference:
The button palette is specific to events related to a match.

3. Live match

This mode allows you to:

• Start a video recording
• Automatically broadcast the live stream on the Twitch channel associated with the account

⚙️ Configure session types

Access

Menu: Video Management > Settings

Button configuration

• Each session type has 10 customisable buttons
• To create a button:
  1. Click on "Add a type"
  2. Enter the parameters:
     • Button name
     • Colour
     • Duration (maximum 30 seconds)
