Managing Roles in the Spash Admin Area

This article explains the different role levels available in the Spash admin area and how to add new users.

👥 Role Levels

There are two types of roles:

🛠️ Manager

• Full access to all features of the Spash admin area

🎯 Coach

• Restricted access to certain features

➕ Adding a Manager

Adding a Manager cannot be done directly through the interface.

➕ Adding a Coach

To add a Coach, follow the steps below:

1. Click on "Sports Centre" (top left)
2. Click on "Staff & Roles"
3. Click on "Add a staff member"
4. Enter the information:
   • Last name
   • First name
   • Email address
5. Click on "Add"

💡 Best Practices

• Assign the Manager role only to people requiring full access
• Limit the number of managers to secure administration
• Regularly check the list of users
