Screen: white page with no mesage

Symptom:

The screen displays a blank page with no visible error.

Solution:

• Box Player:

  • Press and hold the rear push button for 2 seconds.

  • The screen will turn off, then restart after approximately 30 seconds.

• Mini PC / Standalone screen:

  • Unplug and reconnect the power cable.
