When you see a white screen, it is usually due to a network issue.
Verification Steps:
Installation with Box Player
Make sure the screen and the Box Player are properly plugged into a power outlet.
Open the rear left compartment of the Box Player.
Press the metallic “Power” button.
The blue indicator light should turn on → the Box Player is powered on.
Installation with Mini PC
Make sure the screen is turned on by pressing the Power button.
Check that the Mini PC is turned on:
Press the Power button on the front panel.
A light indicator should appear.
Check the network connection:
Unplug and reconnect the Ethernet (RJ45) cable.
If it still doesn’t work, move the cable to another available port.
