🔍 Checks to Perform
▶️ Check the Recording Mode
- Make sure the session was not started in private (incognito) mode
- This mode may prevent recording or access to videos
- The full video is available the day after (D+1)
📩 Information to Provide to Support
If the problem persists, please provide the following information:
- Name of the sports centre where the match took place
- Time slot of the session
This information will enable faster handling of your request.
